What we expect from you?
  • Handle administrative duties such as preparing Internal Memos/ Notices.
  • Look for response of the same and coordinate for action with marketing/sales team, if required.
  • Follow up with the participants until we receive a confirmed contract.
  • Create invitation, plan, and participation documents and send emails to partner community.
  • Check & reply to all e-mails on a daily basis, ensuring that no query remains unanswered at the end of the business day.
  • Be responsible of screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports and financial data.
  • Look into aspects like arrangement of stationary items, mobile and network connections, courier’s distribution, office maintenance, petty cash, etc.
  • Keep a track of all the housekeeping roles and functions on a day to day basis.
  • Perform efficiently the responsibilities assigned by superiors, at any given point of time.
What you have got?
  • Experience in all admin activities.
  • Efficiency in operatingcomputer, accessing internet and research skills are must.
  • Skills pertaining to project coordination and deal well with internal management staff and clients as well.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good team relations.
  • Ability to work in tough environments.

Work Days:Monday - Saturday
Work Hours:09:30 am to 06:00 pm
