- Handle administrative duties such as preparing Internal Memos/ Notices.
- Look for response of the same and coordinate for action with marketing/sales team, if required.
- Follow up with the participants until we receive a confirmed contract.
- Create invitation, plan, and participation documents and send emails to partner community.
- Check & reply to all e-mails on a daily basis, ensuring that no query remains unanswered at the end of the business day.
- Be responsible of screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports and financial data.
- Look into aspects like arrangement of stationary items, mobile and network connections, courier’s distribution, office maintenance, petty cash, etc.
- Keep a track of all the housekeeping roles and functions on a day to day basis.
- Perform efficiently the responsibilities assigned by superiors, at any given point of time.
